  • 1. Responsibilities

    - Train and supervise new salesmen
    - Supervise and support on-going deals of team members
    - Be responsible for team KPI and team members' performance
    - Be responsible for forming and organizing team, including but not limited to: recruit members, manage sales materials & working procedures, work with partners...
    - Seek for opportunity & research market to add more value & direction to the team

    2. Qualifications
    - At least 3-year experiences in real estate industry at similar positions with good record
    - Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
    - Excellent interpersonal skill and sales modeling knowledge
    - Result-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, positive energy
    - Great organization/ time management skills
