Making your apartment, especially your living room tidy and look better with just a few smart moves. 

Clean your windows and baseboards: These three small, tiny spots accumulate dirt, dust, and grime throughout the year, but they're not usually on anyone's list of regular cleaning spots. Give them a shine and see how they make the whole room seem subtly fresher. Remember, windows are always the priority. 

Clean and fluff your sofa



The sofa is where your guests usually pay more attention and sit down there and have a talk. So make sure there's no stuff on that. The sofa is a magnet for crumbs, and a good vacuum always makes it just feel better. Add in a fluff of the cushions and pillows and the seating practically looks new.

Make the light become comfortable: Switch out a gazillion watt overhead bulb for something less blinding. You could try to rearrange the lamp across the apartment like you have been that means too. Open the curtains a bit wider. Do one factor which is able to bring the suitable fairly light-weight into your living room.

Rearrange your art: Switch two pieces to try out a different spot. Splash some leftover paint on a vintage art find to add color to a DIY piece. Do your own art from materials you have on hand. Your rental apartment will be more fantastic with that. Leaning something up against a wall instead of hanging it.

Change the seating

Add something alive



You don't have to go out and buy anything — Simply pick a plant from your terrace, balcony space and bring it in, even if just for a day.
