Renting an apartment give you a lot of advantages. Let's find out
It can cope with your spontaneous self-easier: You maybe think that you want to move to a new area, new county, or new country? Find a subletter and you’re done. It's not always that all landlords welcome subletters but, frankly speaking, I’ve never had a problem. I’ve had a variety of landlords and when the subletter has been checked, I’ve been fine.
You have less to do
My family and I can laugh and joke about it now, but we had such a tiny, little WC in our last rental. It worked occasionally and then… not anymore. It has got to the point where we had no shame whatsoever in calling the handyman because it was routine. And, then, the owner just flat out replaced or fixed it. While we spent time bemoaning its existence, all we did was pick up the phone and call someone… and that was the extent of our involvement.
You pay less
It’s obvious, isn’t it.
For example,
a 2-bedroom apartment in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City that rents for $1000, you probably need around $4,000 up-front to cover two months rent (first and last) and a security deposit.
You don’t have a constant income: It is going to be much tougher to secure a loan if this is the case. And, basically speaking, you will not be able to change your mortgage payment by bargaining or moving. So… it’s tougher to accommodate a pay reduction or
job loss.
You haven’t decided your destination yet: It’s an ordinary practice that you should plan to spend at least four years in your apartment/house before re-selling.
You want a luxury apartment: If you would like a pool and a workout facility, or a doorman building, you have
expensive taste. Though, not really. That sounds great. Most people are able to afford most things with the purpose for a year-ish. So, if you would like to see what a doorman building looks like, you can do it through renting a luxury apartment.

House vs Apartment
You don’t like to be involved: Owning an apartment means working with a combination on an ordinary basis. There are all sorts of rules, some good, and some not, or even bad. Renting is best if you don’t want to give away time to working with your cooperation, as some people really care about things like painting o gardening or how to redo the hallways.
