SALES INTERN

Modoho Internship Program is an annual internship program designed by MODOHO specifically for final year students or recent graduates who want to learn about Prop-tech, especially those who are passionate about working in the Real Estate Industry - Working with Foreigners client in professional environment & High-end segment 

POSITION: Sales Intern (Full time)

Selling team

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

- Working closely with the Manager or assigned Senior member, and completing all allocated tasks.

- Conducting market research, and gathering product information through CMS system

- Observing and carrying out sales processes.

- Updating documents and sales records.

- Consulting & presenting property to client

- Participating in the negotiation process .

- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.

Dealing with new project

Depending on the candidate's ability and desire, we will arrange the candidate to practice in one of the following 3 Sales Departments:

- International Selling 

- Commercial Leasing

- Residential Leasing

Closing deal

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

- Good communication in English

- Having passion in Sales & Real Estate

- Good Communication and Presentation skill

- Fast Learning, Openness, Integrity.

- Good Critical thinking and Problem solving

- Willing to work in a fast-paced, Tech savvy environment.

- Able to work full time from January to March
